Charlotte Ronson – New York Fashion Week .-. Feb 2010

I was never very fan of Charlotte Ronson since in the past collections I could not recover anything. But the new collection was a breath of fresh and renewed air. From everything I saw, I would use it all. Different shades of black, gray with terracotta and blue and lots of texture.
This time I congratulate the Charlotte Ronson collection.
Nunca fuí muy fanática de Charlotte Ronson ya que en las colecciones pasadas no pude rescatar nada. Pero la nueva colección fue todo un suspiro de aire fresco y renovado. De todo lo que vi, todo lo usaría. Diversas tonalidades de negro y grises acompañados por terracotas y azules y mucha textura. Esta vez felicito a Charlotte Ronson por la colección.

As you all probably know I’m from Argentina so here summer is coming to an end and we are getting ready to start the new season. Next week is the Buenos Aires Fashion Week but I wanted to get started to show you what I believe are going to be the new season trends. I’ve prepared a lookbook containing my inspirations, icons, leather pieces, fur, denim, dresses, coats and everything that comes with a new season. Hope you guys enjoy and send some feedback.
Como todos ustedes probablemente sepan yo vivo en Argentina y acá el verano está comenzando y nos estamos preparando para recibir a la nueva temporada. La semana que viene es el Buenos Aires Fashion Week pero me quise adelantar para mostrarles lo que yo creo que van a ser elementos claves y las tendencias para la próxima temporada. Preparé un compilado con mis inpiraciones, íconos, cuero, piel, denim, vestidos, tapados y todo lo que trae una nueva temporada.
Espero que lo disfruten y que cuenten que les pareció.

V "The Size Issue"

By chance I found the acclaimed V magazine on the net and its special «The Size Issue«. I can not express how happy I was to see page after page of amazing editorials, interviews and outfits. V magazine undoubtedly has earned my respect and admiration but I think the plus size must always be in a magazine not only for a special issue.
De casualidad me encontré con la aclamada revista V y su especial «The Size Issue«. No puedo expresar lo feliz que fui al ver página a página los alucinantes editoriales, las entrevistas y los atuendos. La revista V sin lugar a dudas se ha ganado mi respeto y admiración pero considero que el plus size debe estar siempre en una revista no hacer un especial.

Like all V covers this one is breath-taking.

BAF Week is approaching

Buenos Aires Fashion Week aka BAF Week is just around the corner and the campaign photos are now seen at their website. For I could tell so far for what I’ve seen it’s going to be the best Autumn/Winter so far. Lot of black, greys, trimming and ornaments: all the elements I adore.
La semana de la moda de Buenos Aires aka BAF Week se está aproximando y ya se puede ver a través de su website las fotografías de la campaña publicitaria. Lo que puedo decir por lo que he visto hasta ahora es que seguramente este Otoño/Invierno va a ser el mejor hasta el momento. Mucho negro, gris, recortes y adornos: todos los elementos que adoro.

Today I’m proud of being from Argentina and loving the cinema industry. Again an argentinian film is nominated to the Oscars for «Foreign Language Film».
Hopefully this time we’ll win it.
Plot from IMDB: A man wants to solve a murder committed 30 years ago.
Hoy estoy orgullosa de ser argentina y amar el mundo cinematográfico. Una vez más una película argentina fue nominada a los premios Oscar como «Mejor película extranjera».
Espero que esta vez lo ganemos.
