LE BEAUTY CLUB: JUNIO 2013*

Por segundo mes consecutivo tengo el placer de mostrarles el contenido de la cajita de Le Beauty Club, esta vez la correspondiente al mes de Junio. Veamos:
For the second month in a row I have the pleasure to show you the content of the beauty box by Le Beauty Club, this time the June edition. Let’s check it out:

KLEENEX – Pañuelitos descartables

Este producto generó mucha controversia en la cajita del mes pasado, muchas opiniones en contra aunque sea un extra y no un componente actual de la caja. Yo por mi parte creo que es un acierto ya que en los meses invernales este producto se usa y se tiene siempre a mano, así que recibir uno me ahorra el tiempo de ir a comprarlo por mi cuenta.
This product generated a lot of controversy in last month’s box, many negative views even being an extra product and not one that makes the actual box. For what I am concerned, I think it’s a plus as during the winter months it’s a product that we tend to use daily and have at hand so recieving one saves me the time to go shopping for it.

Q SOFT – Hisopos Make Up

Como comenté en el video, este no es un producto que me fuera a comprar por mi cuenta o que me llamara la atención pero desde que lo tengo no paro de usarlos. Son extremadamente prácticos para las mujeres como yo que no tenemos buen pulso y diariamente cometemos errores al aplicar maquillaje y necesitamos de una ayuda extra para corregirlo. Posee una punta fina para lograr un trazo preciso y un extremo redondeado para aplicar sombras o lo que se les ocurra.
As I mentioned in the video, this is not a product that I would buy for myself or that caught my attention but since I recieved it I have not stopped using them. They are extremely practical for women like me as I do not have a steady and daily make mistakes in applying makeup and we need extra help to correct it. It has a fine tip for a precise line and a rounded end to apply shadows or whatever comes to mind.

SALLY HANSEN – Crackle Overcoat

Poco a poco voy conociendo y probando toda la línea que tiene Sally Hansen para ofrecer y debo decirles que ningún producto me decepcionó. Este es un esmalte metálico que no pierde su tonalidad luego del efecto craquelado.
Little by little I’m starting to know and trying out all that the Sally Hansen line has to offer and I must tell you that no product is a disappointment. This is a metallic nail polish that does not lose its tone after the crackle effect.

TORTULAN – Leche Desmaquillante

Desconocía la existencia de esta marca y fue una grata sorpresa. No suelo usar leches desmaquillantes pero acabo de incorporarla a mi rutina nocturna. Sorprendentemente limpia en profundidad dejando gran humectación y suavidad al rostro con un leve perfume que no apabulla. 

I was unaware of this brand and was pleasantly surprised. I don’t usually use this kind of product but I just incorporate it into my nightly routine. Surprisingly deep cleans leaving much moisture and softness to the face with a mild scent that does not overwhelm.

PLUSBELLE EFFECT – Shampoo Extra Brillo
Acondicionador Lacios y Alisados

Ambos productos son excelentes aunque el shampoo supera al acondicionador por brindar un efecto más palpable e inmediato. Ambas fórmulas poseen 5 ingredientes denominados Nutri-5 que buscan una nutrición efectiva para obtener un cabello perfecto.
Both products are excellent although the shampoo exceeds by providing a more palpable and immediate effect. Both formulas have 5 ingredients called Nutri-5 for effective nutrition looking for perfect hair.

Honestamente al principio pensé que no iba a disfrutar del contenido de esta cajita pero una vez que probé todos los productos no pude estar más feliz. Cada uno, aunque pueden ser considerados normales y accesibles, no son algo que compraría por mi cuenta y al probarlos cambié rotundamente de opinión. Sé que voy a disfrutarlos mucho durante todo el mes.
Honestly at first I thought I would not enjoy the content of this beauty box but once I’ve tried out all the products I couldn’t be any more happier. Each one of the products, eventhough they are normal and accesible, they are not something I would get by my own but after trying them I changed my mind deeply. I definitely know I would enjoy this products during the hole month.

ALMABOX MARZO 2013*

Decidí tomarme mi tiempo para mostrarles el contenido de la cajita ALMABOX correspondiente al mes de marzo para ser lo más honesta posible sobre todos los productos que ella contiene. Veamos:
I decided to take my time to show the contents of the box ALMABOX for the month of March to be as honest about all the products it contains as possible. Let’s take a look:

Esta crema hizo milagros con mis manos. Es normal en mi tener las cutículas y los bordes de las uñas ásperos y secos, esta crema me los trajo a la vida, eso sí, la tuve que usar al menos 4 veces al día. Ya me está quedando poco.
This product worked miracles with my hands. It is normal for me to have my cuticles and nail edges rough and dry, this cream brought them to life, yes, the bad thing: I had to use at least 4 times a day.

Esta crema la usé el primer día pero me resultó espesa por lo que es ideal para pieles maduras o con constante exposición al frío o al calor. Terminé dándosela a mi abuela y le encantó.
This cream I used it the first day but it was quite thick making it ideal for mature skin or with constant exposure to cold or heat. I ended up giving it to my grandmother and she loved it.

Este fue el producto que más amé de esta edición. Es ideal para mi piel y como base para luego aplicar el maquillaje.
This was the product that I loved the most from this edition. It is ideal for my skin and as a basis to then apply makeup.

Apenas mi madre vio esta muestra se la puso en la cara sin yo poder emitir palabra alguna por lo que no tengo una opinión formada de este producto. A ella le gustó y me dijo que lo compraría.
From the very instant that my mother saw this sample she put it on the face without allowing me to say a word so I have not formed opinion of this product. She liked it and said she would buy it.

No sé si es porque estoy llegando a los 25 años o porque descubrí que me están empezando a salir arrugas en la parte inferior del ojo que estoy totalmente obsesionada con cualquier producto que diga «para contorno de ojos». Me gustó la textura y sensación de hidratación que brinda esta crema pero me hubiese gustado recibirla en tamaño original para probar si realmente funciona.
I don’t know if it’s because I’m getting to the age of 25 or because I discovered some wrinkles in the bottom of the eye that I am totally obsessed with any product that says «eye contour». I liked the texture and feel of hydration this cream provides but I wish it was  in original size to test if it really works.

TIP

Esta vez la cajita ALMABOX no fue la misma para todas sino que contempló lo tres tipos de piel que se puede llegar a tener, lo que me pareció un plus interesante.
This time the ALMABOX box was not the same for all but paid attention at the three types of skin we can have, what I thought was a very interesting plus.

ALMABOX FEBRERO 2013*

La semana pasada, y como todos los meses, me llegó la cajita Almabox del mes de febrero que nuevamente se tiñó de rojo para irradiar amor en honor al mes de San Valentín. Veamos lo que trajo:
Last week, and like every month, I received the brand new Almabox of February that turned red again to radiate love in honor of Valentine’s month. Let’s see what he brought:

La verdad que está vez estoy conforme con todos los productos, cada uno necesario para al menos mi cotidianidad. El brillo de labios es sutil pero fresco, no se siente recargado por lo que es ideal para usar durante el día. Los aromas tanto del splash con brillos (que realmente funciona, te deja destellos dorados en la piel) y la muestra de perfume son realmente exquisitos. Del Chapstick no hay mucho por decir más que es mi producto preferido para el cuidado de mis labios y el protector solar nunca está de más.
Honestly this time I liked all the products, each necessary to at least my daily life. The lip gloss is subtle and fresh, not feeling recharged making it ideal for daytime wear. The aromas of both the body splash with glitter (that actually works, lets golden sparkles on the skin) and the perfume sample are truly exquisite. There’s not much more to say about the Chapstick that is my favorite product for the care of my lips and a sun screen never hurts.

ALMABOX ENERO 2013*

Como todos los meses llegó a la puerta de mi hogar la nueva cajita ALMABOX correspondiente al mes de enero (la primera del año). Me puso muy contenta ver nuevamente una revista y, aunque la Cosmopolitan no sea mi primera elección me gustó ese mimo. Ahora veamos qué había dentro…

As every month it come home the new ALMABOX beauty box for the month of January (the first of the year). I was very happy to see a magazine again, although it was Cosmopolitan, not my first choice, I liked that caress. Now let’s see what was inside …

Esta vez me gustó el contenido en su totalidad en especial el regalo sorpresa. En cuanto a los productos de belleza me hubiese gustado que los «body splash» sean en tamaño real porque ya acabé uno y me quedé con gusto a más. El gel de ducha lo usé sólo una vez porque me da pena que se termine, es un producto que me encantó y la crema de Nivea es de rápida absorción y aunque mi piel no tenga manchas la empecé a usar para testearla.

This time I liked the content entirety especially the surprise gift. As for the beauty products I wish  the «body splash» were in real size and not samples because I finished one and I was left wanting more. The shower gel I used it only once because I’m sad I will run of it, and the Nivea cream is quickly absorbed but my skin doesn’t have any spots or discoloration, started using it anyways just for the fun of it.

As every month I have the pleasure of welcoming home the box of ALMABOX. To my surprise the October issue once again brought the magazine Harper’s Bazaar Argentina. Let’s see what else …

Me tomé el tiempo para probar todos los productos y quedé más que satisfecha con los resultados obtenidos. El único que no me resultó fue L’Bel Neuvive porque me dió alergia y tuve que discontinuar su uso.
I took the time to test all products and was more than satisfied with the results. The only one I was not pleased with  was L’Bel Neuvive because it gave me allergy and I had to discontinue it’s use.

El miércoles pasado make my day presentó su línea de esmaltes de colores sólidos y radiantes. M.A.C Viva Glam Gaga

Después del trabajo tuve que hacer una pequeña parada en el shopping Abasto para ver regalos para el día de la madre y me encontré con el stand de M.A.C en la entrada. Tiene una estética minimalista en donde se lucen perfectamente todos sus productos. Mi objetivo era encontrar un labial perfecto para un look tranqui diario y la maquilladora me comentó de la edición especial «Viva Glam Gaga» donde la marca usa de musa inspiradora y co-diseñadora a la multifacética Lady Gaga. Al principio me asusté porque pensé que me iba a encontrar con un color bien vibrante pero quedé sorprendida. Tanto el lipstick como el lipglass vienen en un color «nude» particular que se funde perfecto en los labios. Fue amor a primera vista y me encontré con la necesidad de traerlo para casa, más aún cuando me enteré que el 100% de lo recaudado va para la lucha contra el SIDA.

Today after work I had to make a short stop at the Abasto shopping to see gifts for Mother’s Day and found the MAC booth at the entrance. It has a minimalist look where they perfectly show all the products. My goal was to find a perfect lipstick for a daily wear makeup and the makeup-artist told me about the special edition «Viva Glam Gaga» where the brand used as muse and co-designer the multi-faceted Lady Gaga. At first I was scared because I thought I would find a vibrant color but I was surprised. Both the lipstick and the lipglass come in «nude» that blends heavenly on the lips. It was love at first sight and I found the need to bring it home, even more when I knew that all the profits go to combat AIDS.
