SPRING/SUMMER 2014 FASHION HAUL

Antes que nada quería aclarar que todo lo que muestro en el video ya ha sido usado, lo filmé alrededor del 20 de enero por eso es que muestro algunas cosas sin abrir. La idea de este video es mostrarles un poco los productos de indumentaria y accesorios que a mí más me gustaron esta temporada sin la intención de alardear los mismos, para que vean lo que hay en el mercado y aprovechen la temporada de liquidaciones (aunque no son tan importantes como quisiéramos)

LOOK OF THE DAY 44: "PUNKETO"

Aunque tal vez no lo parezca, de toda la vida fui fanática de la música punk y de su cultura, mayormente poniendo su concepto centrado en la imágen, vida e historia de Sid Vicious. Es una forma cruda de expresión y rebelión que refleja lo más profundo de los seres humanos de la forma más inhumana posible y eso me encanta. Es por esto que cuando vi estas dos prendas (pantalón y remera) en Complot, no dudé invertir mi dinero en ellas porque a mi parecer son la forma moderna y «apropiada» de llevar el mundo punk a la vida cotidiana sin asustar a nadie.

While it may not look it, I am a lifetime fan of punk music and culture, mostly putting it’s concept centered on the image, life and history of Sid Vicious. It is a crude form of expression and rebellion that reflects the depths of human beings in the most unhuman possible way and I love it. That’s why when I saw these two pieces (pants and shirt) in Complot, I did not hesitate to invest my money in them because in my opinion they are the modern and «appropriate» way to carry the punk everyday without scaring anyone.

LOOK OF THE DAY 43: "ENTRE SERPIENTES, GRAFFITIS Y EL CAMUFLADO"

Aunque parezca un outfit poco acertado para este clima primaveral que estamos teniendo actualmente, debo confesar que soy la persona más friolenta del mundo y necesito sentir que tengo algo de abrigo. Este sweater lo compré al comienzo de la temporada en Complot porque me pareció interesante su color que deja de ser blanco para ser levemente amarillo y eso me fascina. Seguramente ya habrán visto las fotos en el blog de Elita pero quería compartirlas por acá porque me parecieron divertidas y espontáneas, como habrán visto me es imposible poner cara seria para una foto.
Although this outfit seems a little out of tune for this spring weather, I must confess I am the world’s most chilly person and I need to feel that I have something warm on. This sweater I bought at the beginning of the season in Complot because I found it’s color very interesting slightly yellow but yet white that fascinates me.
