MABBY PRO MAKEUP: TONALIZADOR GREEN

El estado de mi piel es más ciclotímico que el de mi humor y esto se debe a causas hormonales pero siendo sincera conmigo misma, una mala alimentación es lo principal. Ambas producen la imperfección más molesta en mi rostro: los granitos. No todas tenemos la misma piel y en mi caso cada vez que aparecen resaltan por su impresionante tono colorado imposible de tapar con correctores normales. Luego de varios años de búsqueda y autoinstrucción encontré la solución provisoria en un producto de la marca argentina Mabby Pro Makeup, se trata de un tonalizador verde que cancela a la perfección mi tonalidad rojiza para asistir a la base de maquillaje en la conquista de una piel aparentemente perfecta. Es de textura cremosa y sólida, siendo necesario el calor de las manos para trabajar el producto o la utilización de diluyentes de bases, además tiene una gran facilidad de adaptarse a la piel y las bases aunque no sean de la misma marca. Su precio es de $182AR y es extremadamente rendidor, va a durar por años.
The state of my skin is more cyclothymic than my mood and this is due to hormonal causes but being honest with myself, a poor diet is the main thing. Both produce the most annoying flaw in my face: pimples. Not all of us have the same skin and in my case every time I get one, it stands out for the impressive red tone impossible to cover with normal concealers. After several years of searching I found the solution in a product of Argentinian brand: Mabby Pro Makeup, it’s a green toner that conceals perfectly my reddish hue to assist the foundation in the conquest of apparently perfect skin. It is creamy in texture but also solid so it needs some warmth of your hands to work the product or the use of diluents, it also has a great ability to adapt to the skin and the foundations whether or not they are from the same brand. Its price is $182AR and is extremely yielder, will last for years.

Hace poco más de un año les contaba mi total adoración hacia la línea APOCALIPS de Rimmel London, un labial líquido con explosión de color y brillo sin igual. En ese momento mi obsesión era el tono BIG BANG y esta temporada decidí incorporar uno nuevo con el objetivo de poder usarlo todos los días. El tono elegido fue «CELESTIAL», un rosado opaco y natural que brinda el tono perfecto para lucir impecable día a día conservando una gran cremosidad, excelente pigmentación y brillo en la medida justa. Es importante destacar que no es de larga duración y van a necesitar retoques durante el día, pero la comodidad que brinda vale la pena el trabajito extra. Su precio es $92AR.
Just over a year ago I told you about my total adoration of the Apocalips line from Rimmel London, a liquid lipstick with an explosion of color and unparalleled shine. At that time my obsession was the BIG BANG tone but this season I’ve decided to incorporate a new shade with the aim of using it every day. The chosen tone was «CELESTIAL» an opaque dusty and natural pink providing the perfect tone to look flawless every day while maintaining a great creaminess, excellent pigmentation and the right amount of brightnes. Importantly, it is not long lasting and will need touch-ups during the day, but the comfort it provides is worth the extra job. Its price is 12US$ aprox.

M.A.C. FACE & BODY FOUNDATION

Cuando se le pregunta a expertos sobre el mejor producto de M.A.C. Cosmetics, la gran mayoría concuerda que es la base de maquillaje «Face & Body» y déjenme decirles que están en lo cierto. Se trata de una base líquida fluida levemente oleosa, por lo que es ideal para pieles mixtas y presenta una cobertura ligera con la posibilidad de ir trabajando el producto para lograr un mayor cubrimiento. De envase práctico permite ser aplicada con pinceles, esponjas de maquillaje y hasta las propias manos, es ideal para usar a diario pero requiere de sellar con polvo para aumentar su durabilidad. En cuanto a la terminación deja la piel luciendo sedosa, lisa y perfecta, además de fotografiar muy bien sin dejar rastros en la fotografía con flash. Sin lugar a dudas es un «must-have» y una de mis bases favoritas.

Cuando se trata de sombras larga duración, no hay otra marca más que Bobbi Brown para encontrar las mejores del mercado. En esta oportunidad les muestro el tono «Mercury» un plateado brillante de la colección metálicos que es ideal para usar durante todo el año, apto para el día colocando poca cantidad para lograr un efecto translúcido y también en su versión noche colocando más producto para obtener un plateado que atrapará todas las miradas. Por su textura cremosa es de muy fácil aplicación y se pueden utilizar pinceles sintéticos o los mismos dedos obteniendo un similar resultado. Además es importante destacar la facilidad con la cual se puede esfuminar el producto aunque hay que realizarlo rápidamente ya que cuando se seca será imposible de hacer. Cumple a la perfección con su propiedad larga duración y es definitivamente uno de mis productos favoritos de la marca.

BOBBI BROWN SCARLET LIP GLOSS

Continuando con mi obsesión por los brillos labiales o «lip gloss», les presento «Scarlet» una creación de la marca «Bobbi Brown» que debo reconocer no era lo que esperaba. Fascinada con su color rojo profundo y bajo la influencia de encontrarse en promoción, me traje sin dudar este tono, pero a la hora de tocar mis labios ese rojo soñado pasó a representar un rosado oscuro que para mi sorpresa no era lo que estaba imaginando que sucedería. Después de varios minutos de agonía y decepción, logré adaptarme a este tono y ahora es uno de los que más uso en mi día a día (especialmente ahora que llegó el otoño). Su duración es considerablemente normal dependiendo de lo que se haga; logré pasar hasta 3 horas sin retoques con tranquilidad pero al momento que mis labios tocaron una taza ya necesité una nueva dosis de producto. Por último es importante destacar su poder hidratante dado por extractos botánicos que presenta en su formulación y su leve aroma a vainilla.
Continuing my obsession with lip gloss, I present «Scarlet» a creation by «Bobbi Brown» but I must admit it was not what I expected. Fascinated with its deep red color and under the influence of being on sale, without hesitation I brought this tone, but when it touched my lips that deep red came to represent a dark pink which to my surprise was not what I was imagining will happen. After several minutes of agony and disappointment, I managed to adjust to this color and is now one of the most used ones in my day to day (especially now that fall is here.) Its duration is considerably normal; I managed to spend 3 hours unretouched but the moment my lips touched a cup I needed some new dose of the product. Finally it is important to emphasize its moisturizing property due to the botanical extracts in it’s formula and a mild vanilla scent.

EUROPA HAUL 2014 (LUSH, SEPHORA, ZARA y +)

Tuve el enorme placer de viajar a Europa junto con mi familia y conocer las ciudades que siempre soñé con visitar, allí obviamente no pude contener mis ansias de gastar dinero así que aquí les muestro mis compras que no fueron muchas porque honestamente no sé gastar en euros, todo me parece caro.
La idea de este video es mostrarles los productos sin la intención de alardear los mismos, sino para compartirles mis adquisiciones ya que muchas me lo pidieron por las redes sociales.
