Nunca voy a comprender si el domingo es el primero o el último día de la semana así que este «TUNE OF THE WEEK» tomenlo como más les guste.
Esta vez elegí a una de mis bandas californianas preferidas: «Red Hot Chili Peppers«, recuerdo que la primera canción que escuché de ellos fue «Aeroplane» (1995) y fue un antes y un después. La canción de hoy es: «Look Around» de su último disco y el más reciente video que sacó la banda. Es un tema muy pegadizo, el que me es imposible no dejar de saltar y bailar. La composición del video me pareció muy original, colocando a cada uno de los integrantes con sus respectivos instrumentos en cuartos que reflejen un poco su personalidad y donde la cámara se sitúa en el centro y va girando a medida que se van mostrando a los personajes. Que lo disfruten…

I’ll never understand if Sunday is the first or the last day of the week so put this «TUNE OF THE WEEK» as you like.
This time I chose one of my favorite California bands, «Red Hot Chili Peppers» I remember the first song I heard from them was «Aeroplane» (1995) and was a before and after. The song for today is: «Look Around» from their latest album and the latest video that brought the band. It is a very catchy song, which I can not stop jumping and dancing. The composition of the video I thought was very original, placing each of the members with their instruments in rooms that reflect their personality where the camera is placed in the center and rotates showing the characters. THE HELLCAT SPANGLED SHALALALA – ARCTIC MONKEYS

Este semana les presento este tema de los «Arctic Monkeys» que no para de sonar en mi cabeza. La melodía es muy pegadiza al igual que su estribillo, y ni hablemos de lo alucinante que es el video.
Por cierto, si alguno vio esta remera por Buenos Aires necesito que me digan dónde porque hace bastante que la vengo buscando.

This week`s song from «Arctic Monkeys» keeps ringing in my head. The melody is very catchy as well as its chorus, yet alone the coolness of the video.
By the way, if anyone saw this shirt in Buenos Aires I need you to tell me where because I cannot find it.

Siguiendo con la temática de la semana mis viajes en colectivo al trabajo fueron hipnotizados con esta canción de Nirvana que se encuentra en el album: NEVERMIND, quizas el más conocido de la banda. Que lo disfruten.

Continuing with the theme of the week my travels by bus to work were mesmerized by this song that is in Nirvana’s album: Nevermind, perhaps the best known of the band. Enjoy.

En honor a Steve Jobs agregué una nueva sección al blog: «TUNE OF THE WEEK«, donde todas las semanas estaré mostrando la canción más escuchada en mi iPod. Yo creo que podría presindir de muchas cosas mundanas pero de mi iPod jamás. Se volvió en un elemento no solo de entretenimiento sino de trabajo con la incorporación del WiFi que me permite visitar sitios webs al instante y recibir todos mis correos. Steve Jobs fue el hombre que más aportes brindó en los últimos 50años para crear un mundo más integrador, ahora no sólo va a ser recordado como la cara de Apple sino que también se ha convertido en leyenda.

In memory of Steve Jobs I added a new section to the blog: «TUNE OF THE WEEK«, where every week I will be showing the most listened song on my iPod. I think  I could live without many mundane things but my iPod never. It not only became an element of entertainment but with the addition of WiFi that allows me to visit web sites and instantly receive all my emails I use it for work too. Steve Jobs was a man who gave great contributions in the last 50years to create a more inclusive world, now he will not only be remembered as the face of Apple but has also become a legend.

I’ve been really into Rihanna lately and her latest record is one of her best so far. Lot of groove, tecno, sweet but fierce sound. Also catchy like «Only girl», I just cannot stop my head from singing it! Here are the music videos of the record «Loud» so far.
Estuve escuchando mucho Rihanna estos días y su último disco es uno de sus mejores creaciones. Mucho groove, tecno y un dulce pero feroz sonido. También pegadizo como «Only girl», no puedo dejar de cantar esa canción en mi cabeza! Les dejo los videos que han salido del disco «Loud» hasta ahora.
